During a flood in the village of Uryum, Russia, a truck tries to cross a suspension bridge that was built temporarily, due to the destruction of the normal concrete bridge by previous floods. The temporary bridge was not designed to withstand a lot of weight, and collapsed throwing the truck into the river. The driver was rescued.
