A bridge appears to be collapsing as the ribbon is cut for its inauguration in Congo. The local officials were ready to hand it over to the citizens of the area, but as soon as they cut the ribbon of the inauguration the bridge collapsed – as if the whole structure rested on that ribbon. No one was injured.
