While fishing at Magic Island in Hawaii, a snorkeler got very lucky when he came to the surface and saw a boat speeding towards him. Fortunately, the man was not injured, but his flippers were cut off. He can be heard saying in the video that it was his own fault, because it had no buoy to signal its presence to other ships and vessels on the surface.
