A sudden tornado hit a street in Taiwan in 2015. The woman who was left on the road was seriously injured by the tornado while the others involved suffered minor injuries.

   You're always smarter afterwards. But with such a wind I would not have continued.
   Many overestimate their car. It's relatively easy given these forces of nature.
