The man stepped over the benches and jumped onto Judge Mary Kay Holthus. He was on trial for attempted assault and battery. His lawyer came to ask for a reprieve and leniency, but the judge decided otherwise when she saw his extensive criminal record. The judge was taken to the hospital with some injuries, but she is in good health.
