Bioluminescence phenomenon occurring in recent days in Lillesand, Norway. The light is emitted by the bio-illuminated phytoplankton, disturbed by the movement of water. This can happen when there is a lot of phytoplankton in the water, so that the emitted light can be seen with the naked eye.
