On January 31, 2025, Jet Rescue Air Ambulance Hospital Learjet 55 crashed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Shortly after taking off, killing all the occupants. Six people were on the aircraft. The aircraft hit many buildings and vehicles during the fall of, causing fires and explosions, killing a person on the ground. Nineteen people on the ground were injured, and at least 3 of them are in critical condition.
