Sorry but I wouldn't say it's got absolutely right,in Japan there are hundreds of brands of knives and probably the most sharp knives to be from brands, Even in Japan they are not so well known ... and of course they are nowhere to be exported. If we take into account that there are knives that cost 2000 € ,then surely we cannot speak with certainty about the most sharp knife.
