The Japanese engineer Shinya Kimura manufactures handmade motorcycles for 20 years. He founded his own company with the name 'Zero Engineering' in 1992 in Japan, and using engines of Harley Davidson has created its own unique design letting his mark in handmade motorcycles. In 2006 he transferred its business in the US under the name 'Chabott Engineering'.
