The last five years, an 18-day Festival of light, music and ideas decorates Sydney from 24 May to 10 June. The Festival is called 'Vivid', and from 6 pm. every evening local and foreign artists use lights and plants 3D projectors, to turn the Opera House, the contemporary art museum and other buildings into giant canvases by lights and colours.
