   The video is very good but I'm afraid that there are mistakes in the subtitles. First of all, sympathy is much more sympathy than sympathy. Also:in one:35 the correct translation is 'The expression of empathy almost never begins with the word 'at least'' (because this often make those/s show sympathy, not empathy.In 2:37 the correct translation is 'What makes things better is connection' (not responding.
