During the 1920s, the cinematographer Claude Friese-Greene travelled throughout the UK with new color camera. His journey ended in London, with some of the most striking images that recently recovered and restored. The photographer Simon Smith captures again every one of his shots, standing in his footsteps and record the same images with the use of modern cameras.
