The kitten Ralphee and Max the Sheepdog is a couple who developed a very good friendship, from the moment we met. The Ralphee has a neurological disorder known as feline cerebellar hypoplasia. A kitten has this disorder when the cerebellum, the part of the brain that controls motor functions and coordination, is under-developed congenital.
