   Very difficult to do at country level and almost impossible for Greece where corruption is in the shoes of the majority.

       Surely the eldar talks about the possibility of doing this at the country level and not on the possibility. It is 100% possible. In fact I would say it is and easy, especially for some competent people. The minimum requirement is to not be stupid/useless (=> απατεώνας/κλέφτης). The point is that to govern such a man the country will need 50% of the population can appreciate the. Γι αυτό είναι απίθανο για την Ελλάδα.υγ: do a google on the word idiot serts.
