On June 27 in the city Labinsk in Russia, an accident between a car and a scooter occured. The driver of the car turned right as the scooter came from behind at high speed. Two young people, a boy and a girl of 13 years that were aboard the scooter collided with the car and beat their heads during the fall. The young man who was driving stood up at once shocked and started running towards a random direction (??). The two children were taken to hospital, as the boy suffered slight bruising and girl head injuries.
