A new ad from the Japanese company Kagome juices, claims that a group of scientists has managed to transform the inner content of vegetables in juice, using underwater shock waves. Headed by Professor Shigeru Ito of the University of Kumamoto, see placing vegetables in water and a large explosion that alter their internal, but without changing the external appearance. The experiment was conducted with tomato, Onion, cucumber and eggplant.
