German Oliver Struempfel has broken the world record for the most amount of traditional German beers carried. On Sunday, he was up against just one competitor and they had to carry as many full mugs as possible a distance of 40 metres. Struempfel has had a lot of practice though, having worked at the Gillemoos beer festival in the Bavarian town of Abensberg for the last 17 years.
