On Thursday, October 9 on a beach at Cape Lookout, North Carolina, anglers looking at over a hundred sharks into frenzied State. The occasion was a large herd small fish that came out in the shallows and attracted other animals such as seagulls and pelicans. The sharks come up out of the water in their quest to feed.
