MicroBLINK group specializing in optical character recognition applications (OCR) for smartphone, just released the Photomath, an application that can automatically solve mathematical equations, by scanning the book with a smartphone. PhotoMath is available for iOS and Windows Phone as the Android app is scheduled for early 2015.
