On November 30, 2014, on a street of New Orleans, a woman walks by holding a knife and stabs random some passers-by. Initially the knife hits a cyclist who does not understand what has happened and continues on his way. Seconds later, make a new assault on a man nailing of the knife in hand. Police released this video, in order to recognize the woman who seems mentally impaired or under the influence of narcotic substances.
