Process of manufacture mochi in Japan. The mochi is a Small cake made from rice and herbs (yomogi). The rice is boiled initially, and after hitting with wooden large hammers (kine) in a traditional Bowl (believe) together with the herbs until they turned into paste. Here we see the end of kneading, where a man should very quickly be raining and turning the dough and another to hitting with hammer. The process however, it is done this way more as a spectacle and less because the 'recipe' requires it.
