On Wednesday April 22, 2015 in Chile, the Calbuco volcano erupted for the first time in 43 years. The volcano sent up in the air a huge cloud of ash several kilometres in height. The population was evacuated within a 20 km radius around the volcano. Chile has about 90 volcanoes, and the Calbuco is considered one of the most dangerous.
