   Congratulations to the videoman who uploaded such a clip... let the ladies who feed the strays and prolong their dangerous lives instead of taking them in their homes see it... let the municipalities that supposedly protect the strays with the sole purpose of seeing it they give jobs to unemployed municipal employees at the expense of the municipal fees that we pay. If we love the stray, or to adopt our home or go into shelters.
