A motorist overtakes and strikes a rider on a scooter, and the second loses control and falls to the pavement. Some pedestrians and the pillion of motorcycle help the unlucky man, but the motorist leaves the scene of an accident. Then the motorcyclist decides to stalk. Eventually, and after the conversation that we see in the video, the motorcyclist called police who immediately withdrew the licence of motorist. The scooter driver suffered only minor injuries.
