On Wednesday, June 24, 2015 in Maringa, Brazil, a guide had an unpleasant surprise when he went to get his car, that was parked in a position reserved for people with disabilities. The vehicle was covered with blue and white adhesive papers post-it that formed the symbol for the disabled. Furious, the man pulled out a piece of paper on the windshield and window, before you leave.
