O Sam Van Aken, Professor at Syracuse University, New York, created the amazing 'tree of 40 fruits', which is nothing more than a hybrid tree that can produce over 40 varieties of fruit. To achieve this unique tree kind, the Sam has used the method of grafting, the technique that is widely used for transplant ornamental plants and fruit trees. The Sam Van Aken has managed to cultivate peaches, Plums, apricots, nectarines, cherries or almonds in a tree. Between spring and summer, the hybrid tree changes colors in different parts of the branches, leaving pink, Purple, Violet and white shades.
