A police officer in Virginia u.s. hit with Tasers and pepper spray used to a black man, who had suffered a stroke and no ypakoyge on commands. David Washington collided with a car after stroke, but the policemen thought they just did not want to follow their orders. One of the two policemen resigned after the incident.
