On September 7, 2015 in Bangkok, Thailand, many drivers recorded with their cameras a meteorite fall. The glow appeared around 8:45 am. When a ball of fire appeared to fall towards the Earth, leaving a trail of white smoke in its wake.

Motorists reported that they did not hear any sound from the object, However, residents in the province's Sisawat said they heard a loud explosion. Experts say that the object that fell off was probably a meteorite weighing only a few kilos, completely dismantled at an altitude of about 100 km from the ground.
