If you are in Kazakhstan, You must be careful how you behave on the road. A driver trying to change lanes impolitely somehow, will annoyed when someone else will not allow. Annoyed exits his car to ask why, but the other motorist is prepared for such cases. With a pepper spray will end in Brawl.

   Drank pepper the upper class man. Note: Kazakhstan does not use pepper spray but military paralyzer spray with chemicals. The piperosprei is for the dogs in the street not for humans. Anyone used them and the two know the difference.
