The restaurant chain Starbucks in the United States has installed cameras and monitors at the drive-in, to have Visual contact between clients and employees.

This initiative is highly valued in Saint Augustine, Florida, a city with a large deaf community who attend the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind. Deaf or who have hearing impairment can lead up to the local Starbucks and give their order in sign language.
