This morning (Tuesday, November 24), two Turkish F-16 fighter shot down a Russian Sukhoi Su-24 that according to the Turks violated Turkey's airspace near the border with Syria. Both pilots managed to be ejected before the crash, While one of them was arrested by Syrian guerrillas.

The Turkish air force said that two Russian aircraft had repeatedly violated Turkey's airspace. Russia's Defense Minister said that the Su-24 never left the airspace of Syria and being able to prove it.
