The money doesn't grow on trees, but bicycles sprout! A new initiative of Bernice Dapaah in Ghana has become quite popular recently, as a bicycle manufacturing crafts created from bamboo. These durable and environmentally friendly bicycles have a frame that is fully made from bamboo grown in Ghana, and for each plant cut bamboo to make a bike, 10 more are planted. This initiative has created jobs, but the first recyclable bikes in the world.
