Quasimodo (Quasimodo) is the name given by the staff of the animal rescue center 'Secondhand Hounds' to a dog with a very rare syndrome. This German Shepherd was found stray in Minnesota of the United States and is one of the thirteen only dogs in the world that have been found to suffer from the syndrome of short-spine, a rare congenital deformity of the ribs and spine.
The name Quasimodo was given to him because of his resemblance to the famous character from the novel 'Notre-Dame de Paris'. Despite this severe handicap, the Quasimodo is a happy dog who lives an almost normal life.
