Designed by Otto Steiger, a Swiss engineer 1892, the mechanism of Machine Millionaire can make addition, multiplication, Division and subtraction, a display 8 bits. And all those directly, by simply moving and turning a few levers – something unreal for the time. Although the price was too high (about 1.000 dollars – as much as a car back then), calculator Millionaire sold more than 5.000 pieces until 1935.
