On the occasion of the Brazilian Open, which took place 22 to February 27, 2016 in Sao Paulo, four formerly stray dogs replaced the ball boys for thirty minutes, during a tennis match between Spaniard Roberto Baena Carballes and the Portuguese Gastao Elias.

With scarves around the neck and special bracelets on legs, the dogs had fun chasing the little yellow balls when necessary, always with the goodwill of the players. This demonstration was aimed to promote the adoption of abandoned dogs in the country, by showing that they can easily move and train.
