A motorcycle stopped halfway down the Red Hook Criterium bike race, It caused a big accident Saturday, April 30 in New York.

Several of the early riders managed to avoid the motorcycle, but many then did not succeeded, and the first that fell and led to a big pile up. Important note, bikes in this race have no brakes. At least seven riders taken to hospital.
