In Almaty City, Kazakhstan, passers-by stop to rescue a dog from a channel, making a human chain. The dog fell into the channel that feeds the Sayran water tank, and with the powerful stream could not get out of the water.

A man goes down into the water to pull the dog, but he could not extricate himself. Several people then formed a chain to help in the rescue of the dog.
