In Changzhi city of China, the Director of a bank humiliates employees with more poor performance by hitting them on the buttocks. At any commercial bank in China (Rural Commercial Bank), the directors have the right to punish the officials ahead of the rest of the staff, because it was not sufficiently productive. The Director seems to be using a large wood to give violent and painful blows to employees.
