An attempted abduction was recorded by a security camera at a store in Southern California. The video shows a woman holding a baby and a girl of 4 years in a mobile phone shop in Victorville, California.

Seconds later, a man grabs the girl and pulls out, and her mother runs to the door. The girl reportedly fell, escaping from the hand of the would-be kidnapper of.

The shop owner and a customer chased the suspect and caught him, keeping him until police arrive. The police reported that the 24-year-old suspect may have been drugged. Now faces charges of attempted kidnapping.
