The Christian Schüller presents us with the computational technique thermoforming, with which a laminate can easily get the color and texture of any three-dimensional shape.

The software simulates the process of shaping and converts a three-dimensional image to the dimensions needed for the mold. Then the image is transferred onto a sheet of plastic. During thermoforming, the sheet is deformed to create an exact copy of the digital model.
