The Saturday, August 13, 2016 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a woman was trapped in her car along with her dog during a flood. Fortunately, Some people with a boat saw them and arrived to bail them out. A man jumped into the water to help the woman and her dog to go out of the car boyliaze. A few seconds more and the woman I had drowned inside the vehicle.
