   जनसामान्य, it is incorrect and urban legend now that this is a cougar scream. It’s a red fox and it is probably mating season. I’ve heard this many times where I live. I’m a forester and manage our state’s forests and wildlife habitats.

   And yet it’s the EXACT same sound as in another graveyard video from another year with 2 different cops. The sound has been embedded into the video so it’s a fake.
